Background:
As a visionary product leader and enterprise digital transformation coach, I bring extensive experience in product strategy, product management, and product innovation. With a global background in strategy, design thinking, and coaching, I have a proven track record of enabling organizations to achieve their goals through Business Agility and make innovation happen.
My mission is to help organizations unlock their potential and deliver large-scale digital transformation that creates a meaningful impact. I have worked with cross-functional teams globally and mentored startups and leadership teams to create successful product solutions that drive business outcomes.
My background: international product managment and coaching, executed large-scale digital transformation across a wide range of industries, including Engery, Oil & Gas, IT, Healthcare, Telecommunication, Banking, Ecommerce, Finance. I have coached six Release Train Engineers, 45 Agile Release Trains, and over 18 Program Increments.
I have also played a pivotal role in executing complex programs, including multi-day transformation programs in Neuroscience and Biotech, and a multi-institutional Mergers and Acquisitions conversion project with over $XX billion in assets. My expertise in organization relationships and system coaching makes me highly adept in navigating complex challenges and finding innovative solutions.
Demonstrates exceptional skills in collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams spanning over 80 countries. Successfully mentored start-ups that have generated over $XXM in revenue.
