I love the interface; I think it’s very user-friendly and has excellent color aesthetics. When I first logged in, I liked that the bot’s first question was, “How are you feeling today?” I think that’s a nice touch because I know some of my friends talk to AI when they’re feeling lonely and need interaction.

I appreciated that the bot reads the feedback to you since I have dyslexia, so I think that’s an excellent feature for people who may struggle with pronouncing large or complex words. I would rate the chatbox a 10 out of 10. It is informative and provides valuable information.With iavva. My-ai.Coach, I like how the platform takes your questions or responses and personalizes the feedback. Instead of flatlining a response, it engages in a discussion-like manner, capable of backing each response with multiple sources to expand the understanding of each point. Even the layout is clean and straightforward to follow.

I love the content it provides, as well as the questions asked in the app, which keep me curious and motivated. It provided me with much wisdom. I learned how to look at a weakness I have, I love how admiring the chatbot was of my responses and how it reminded me of my goals. I loved the overview it provided at the end detailing the reflection, conclusion, and actions to take, as related to our chat. This is a great tool to have. Being able to see an overview of what was talked about and the key points.
